Misty Harbor was an Ocean City hotel located at 2501 Philadelphia Avenue until 2006 when it was converted to a condominium unit. The hotel was formerly owned by Purnell Properties which also currently operates the Thunderbird Beach Motel, Econo Lodge Oceanblock, and the Spinnaker Motel. The apartment consists of 79 units.
